ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order.

SHIPPING TIME

Standard delivery within the United States usually takes 3 to 7 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Please review your information before completing your purchase. The Mima Label is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

The Mima Label is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after the carrier confirms shipment or delivery. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier first, then contact us through our Contact page for assistance.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

 

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, The Bahamas, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and Jamaica.

Shipping rates and delivery times may vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout when available.
